Genevieve R. “Gen” Cavada, age 84 of White Valley, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2024. She was born on July 21, 1939 to the late Amando and Angeline (Regotti) Cavada. She is survived by her brothers, Alvin (Judy Battaglia) Cavada and Roy (Gloria) Cavada; a sister-in-law, Darlene Cavada, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Genevieve was preceded in death by her brothers; Silvio, Raymond, Joe (Betty) Cavada and sister, Irene (Albin) Perne. Gen enjoyed spending her time cooking and baking, as well as shopping, especially the Thrift Shop in Export. In respecting Genevieve’s wishes, her services will be private. Wolfe von Geis Funeral Home, Export is assisting the family with funeral arrangements. The family would like to thank the staff from Excela Hospice, Gateway Hospice and Mountain View Assisted Senior Living for all of their loving care and support.
